Welcome to Joey the Pooh Bear

Hi everybody and welcome to my web page. I'm Joey, the new kid on the block. I've been told that I am a Yorkshire Terrier and I was born on February 2, 2002. My mom and dad got me from Yorkshire Terrier Network Rescue, Inc. They are an organization that finds homes for homeless little furbabies like me. Yep, I was without a home because my first mom had to go into a nursing home and could not take me with her. For a little while someone else took care of me, but then I was surrendered to the rescue place so they could find me a forever home.

I was lucky enough to find a good foster mom until my forever mom and dad came and got me. I now have a new big sister named GracieLee and two big brothers named Beau and Walker. I really like it here with so many other friends to play with and a nice backyard to play in. I have my own bed and lots of toys, but I have got to teach GracieLee that all the toys, socks, slippers, and treats are not hers. She's got some sharing issues we gotta work on.

Mom says I'm a Velcro baby. Don't know what that is, but I just love laying on her lap and sleeping right up next to her. When mom's not here then I climb up in dads lap and sleep. Life is pretty good here, so I think I'm gonna stay.
